Athlete scheduling
Train around practices and game days
- Preferred gym days
- Other sport practice days
- Game or key-event day
- Sport and position where supported
- Optional low-fatigue game-day activation
Your primary strength, fitness, muscle-building, or fat-loss goal stays the focus. Sport scheduling arranges the plan around your week; it does not replace proper strength training.
Progress and muscle balance
See what you have trained, and what you have not
- Completed workouts
- Weekly frequency
- Training streak based on scheduled sessions
- Personal records
- Volume history
- Body metrics
- Planned versus completed muscle set credits
A working set contributes 1.0 credit to each primary muscle and 0.5 credit to each supporting muscle, based on exercise metadata. This is a training-balance view, not a medical assessment or a measurement of muscle activation.
